Halton Service Coordination Training

Halton Service Coordination Training is the first level of service provision that families should be receiving in Halton Service Planning. It is important that all service providers are engaging in this training to maintain consistency for families accessing Service Coordination in our community. Halton Service Coordination is the first level of support and step in accessing a higher level of service and support for ongoing and increasing complex needs, such as Halton Coordinated Service Planning (CSP).

This training will engage its learners in the importance of Service Coordination, its principals, roles and actions, and when and how to make a referral to Halton Coordinated Service Planning (CSP).
