Through our multi-disciplinary team, we provide short-term assessment and treatment for people with a dual diagnosis to help integrate them back into their home and community.
We have four beds available and typical programs last between 6-12 months.
How to Access Services:
Eligibility is determined based on the person’s needs, the person already receiving services through the Dual Diagnosis team, and resource capacity.
